(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, hosting and support services. – Website development and design:• Creation of a new, user–friendly and accessible website that aligns with the agency’s strategic priorities and our compliance obligations (such as WAG 2.2)• Implementation of modern design principles and features that enhance the user experience and improve navigation• Website should be fast loading, responsive, mobile friendly, and optimized for search, designed to attract higher–quality, higher–volume traffic by ensuring web content directly answers user queries.– Enhanced Back–End Capabilities:• A robust, user–friendly content management system (CMS)– Content migration and optimisation• Migrate existing and new content to the new website while optimising for improved usability and relevance.– Future development and upgrades• Projects that will help to improve the relevance, user–friendliness and accessibility of the website as well as relevant upgrades to the CMS and protection of the website and its users• Projects that may expand or enhance existing content including content formats.• Any other related services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
