Der Bauherr plant die Errichtung eines Ersatzneubaus. Auf Basis der mit dem Bauherrn und den Architekten abgestimmten Nutzungsanforderungen sind für die Erschließung im geplanten Neubau für Personen und den Transport von Betten und Gütern insgesamt 8 Aufzüge geplant. Es handelt sich hierbei um Bettenaufzüge mit einer Tragkraft von 2.500 kg, die neben dem üblichen Transport von Personen auch für Betten geeignet sind.
