(1) Vendor needs to provide legislative consultant service to the government authority located in Rhode Island. • Provide legislative and governmental affairs consulting services, including monitoring legislative and governmental developments affecting, advising on legislative matters, assisting with the development and advancement of legislative priorities, and representing before the general assembly and other state governmental officials and entities, as appropriate.• Actively lobby for passage or defeat of any bills on which agency has an established position• When necessary, develop a legislative agenda, assist in drafting any necessary legislation, advise and assist regarding contact with potential sponsors, monitor progress and report regularly• Attend monthly Board meetings as requested;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 23, 2026.
