East Bernard ISD is requesting bid proposals for district network equipment, see RFP. 1. Quantity (6) - Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 32 port Layer 3 Switch 10g SFP+ 28 and 25G SFP28 4 Pro Aggregation or Equivalent 2. Quantity (5) - Ubiquiti UniFi Switch USW-Pro-24P-POE or Equivalent 3. Quantity (35) - Ubiquiti UniFi Switch USW-Pro-48P-POE or Equivalent 4. Quantity (30) - Ubiquiti UniFi Wireless Access Point Wi-Fi U7 Pro XG or Equivalent 5. Quantity (20 ea or 1 Pkg of 20 units) - Ubiquiti Transceiver10Gbps Single-Mode Fiber SFP+ or Equivalent A Question and Answer period will be available between September 22, 2026 - October 7, 2026. Answers will be posted on Friday in the E-rate portal EPC. The district is open to either invoicing option however they would strongly prefer SPI over BEAR. DISQUALIFICATIONS: 1. Late Submitted Bids: bids are due by the close of business on the November 6, 2026 as listed in the RFP. The due date may be extended by the applicant as a result of unforeseen circumstances. 2. Proposals that do not specifically address the services requested, are generic in nature or otherwise do not meet the requirements contained in this Form 470 and associated specifications are considered non-responsive. 3. Bidders must provide a 498 ID# (SPIN) No phone calls will be accepted, all correspondence is to be by email and the District is under no obligation to respond to phone calls.
