Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program - 84.041C

The Employment and Training Administration at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is soliciting applications in support of the administration of the Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education (ED). The Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Grant Program provides grants to eligible Impact Aid Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) to assist in addressing their school facility emergency and modernization needs. This competition is limited to emergency grants that meet the absolute priority and other requirements in this notice. The competition uses existing statutory authority and appropriated funds to address urgent school facility needs in federally connected communities while promoting responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars.
