(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and consulting professional services to the government authority located in Canyon, TX.– Provide professional planning, engineering, design, coordination, and support services.– Consultant shall be responsible for preparing and providing all documentation required to certify that environmental requirements, railroad approvals, utility clearances, and right–of–way acquisition and relocation activities have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements prior to authorization for letting.– Conceptual streetscape design, including preliminary locations for landscaping, street trees, pedestrian–scale lighting, gateway elements, and other aesthetic enhancements.– Preparation of preliminary typical sections, layout sheets, and key details.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.
