(1) Vendor needs to provide intelligent transportation systems design and operations support services to the government authority located in Arizona.– Provide professional services in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Design and Operations.– Design of ITS network communications. – Design of data systems and architecture. – Design of CCTV camera deployments. – Design of detection system deployment. – Design of dynamic message sign foundation and deployment design. – Design of connected vehicle systems. – Preparing documentation for hardware, software, as–built, operator’s manual, etc. – Assisting in operations performance measures development. – Analysing data and developing reports. – Review video, closed–circuit television, and dynamic message sign, detection and signal controller technology advancements.
