TRANS-3055 - USA (California) - Transcription Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.– Provide direct electronic transfer transcription services for the agency to use when conducting workplace investigations and witness interviews.– Written transcripts of the interviews will be used to ensure timeliness of the investigation process and reduce the amount of time the investigator spends reviewing recordings.– The professional transcripts should be accurate, timely, and provided in Microsoft Word, which can be searched, copied, pasted, and printed.– Transcripts must be delivered via email and provide a means for direct electronic file transfer.• Recording type: Transcribe digital recordings provided by agency.– Provide agency transcription of electronic audio and/or video recordings in a timely fashion, direct electronic transfer of electronic files to their location, and email products to agency.• Transcription format: Provide one electronically secured copy of each transcript to agency in a PDF or Word format.– The transcription products must be fully searchable, allow copy and paste into other documents, and be easily printed.• Rates: The rates will be passed on cost per page and turnaround time.• Errors: The contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with typographical errors.• The use of any form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or equivalent such as GenAI is strictly prohibited for the transcription services pertaining to this contract due to confidentiality.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
