Description

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services to construct a new, 1-million-gallon underground storage tank, for the City’s combined sewer overflow system (the “Project”). The new tank will capture and store excess flows received at CSO Outfall No. 031 Regulator during wet weather events. The services required include site work, utility, electrical, instrumentation, control work, concrete installation, and other specialties, as required to complete the Project (the “Work”). Project requirements are more particularly described below in the Statement of Work.
