(1) Vendor needs to provide public art program curator services.• Present high–quality, diverse, and engaging sculptural works. • Activate public spaces and enhance cultural vibrancy.• Support artists in the sale of their works. • Provide accessible art experiences for residents and visitors.• Strengthen the city’s identity as a cultural destination. (2) An optional pre–bid site–visit will be held on July 01, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 05, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
