EXTRA-76371 - USA (Minnesota) - Annual Action Consolidated Plan Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual action consolidated plan services to the government authority located in Minnesota.• Develop a consolidated plan for housing and community development to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the five–community planning and development formula block grant programs.• Programs include: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) non entitlement, Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Solution Grant (ESG), and National Housing Trust Fund Program (NHTF).• To participate in identifying housing and community development needs• Public meetings, review of background information for plans, determination of source date for plans, collection and analysis of data for plans and preparation of demographic profiles• Completion of required consultation, community needs assessment, forums and survey, consolidated needs assessment and consultation summaries and first draft of consolidated plan and annual action plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
