(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Saline, MI.– Empty trash and recycle bins– Wipe down reception desk and front counter– Vacuum offices– Clean glass window both sides and frame – Clean drinking fountains– Clean front foyer, entrance, first and second floor offices– Dust door frames– Sweep and mop floor– Clean sinks, counters and mirrors.– Dust rails– Vacuum or wipe down chairs– Clean microwave inside and outside.(2) A pre–bid job–walk visit will be held on July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
