(1) Vendor needs to provide medical oxygen supplies to the government authority located in Richmond, TX. – The number of cylinders throughout the four (4) EMS stations may vary depending on call volume.– Two–day turnaround, delivery & pick up for hydrostatic testing.– Next day delivery on all oxygen cylinder orders.– Vendor must label each cylinder with lot or batch number, expiration date and test for purity (99.5% minimum).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
