ACCT-26620 - USA (Hamilton, New Jersey) - Municipal Auditor Service - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal auditor service to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ.• The audit must be completed by the statutory deadline of June 30, 2027, or the extended deadline given by the Division of Local Government Services for that year.• Audit of the agency accounts and records supporting the Township’s December 31, 2026, financial statements including: current fund, trust funds (all), general capital, sewer utility fund (operating and capital), and Deferred Compensation 457.• Perform tests of internal controls and compliance with statutory requirements.• If applicable, performance of a federal and/or state single audit in accordance with agency Circular A–133 and NJ OMB Circular 04–04.• Preparation of the agency audited statutory financial statements;• Issuance of a separate report on the Municipal Court;• Issuance of a separate report on the Animal trust;• Review of annual budget;• Provide as needed accounting and tax guidance throughout the year;(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
