(1) Vendor needs to provide self–contained breathing apparatus maintenance, testing, training, and disposal services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – SCBA equipment:– Breathing air cylinders.– Back frames and harness assemblies.– Facepieces and regulators.– Cylinder valves.– Low and high–pressure air system components.– Preventive maintenance:– Vendor shall perform manufacturer–recommended routine maintenance, including equipment inspections, cleaning, basic servicing, and replacement of worn or defective components.– Testing and inspection requirements:– Vendor shall perform all required inspection, performance testing, hydrostatic testing, and requalification services for SCBA equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and manufacturer guidelines.– SCBA Training shall include the following:– Operator training.– Inspection and fit–check procedures.– Cylinder handling and storage.– Disposal and decommissioning:– Provide compliant end–of–life disposal for equipment, including expired cylinders, damaged tanks, and unserviceable components.– Disposal must comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
