Professional Services for Iredell County Elections Expansion Project

Iredell County is seeking qualifications from professional design firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the construction of an approximately 1600 square foot expansion of the Board of Elections to include a 1000 sq foot training room, three 120 square foot offices, and two 100 square foot restrooms. An accelerated project timeline is desired, with the goal of beginning construction as soon as possible while maintaining design accuracy and minimizing change orders.
