(1) Vendor needs to provide construction advisor services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Construction advisory and project support services for various redevelopment projects– Review all pertinent documentation to ascertain budgetary requirements, project schedules and environmental restrictions, to ensure best practices and general code compliance, and to evaluate and note any impact to third–party stakeholders.– Coordinate with utilities and other governmental agencies during the construction of development projects including the construction of public improvements.– Conducting conceptual budgeting and construction reviews as well as review of redeveloper pro formas and construction budgets including projects.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
