Vendor needs to provide aliance for innovation on maternal health (AIM)–OB consulting services to the government authority located in Mississippi.A. Conduct Comprehensive Training Sessions.1. Facilitate in–depth training workshops for hospitals on AIM bundles, emphasizing effective data entry practices to ensure accurate information flow and enhance patient care.2. Conduct Training for hospitals on AIM bundles and data entry.B. Engage in National Leadership Calls1. Actively participate in National AIM Leadership calls to remain connected with pioneering initiatives and strategies that shape maternal health on a national level.C. Develop and Oversee the AIM Maternal Health Data Entry Program.1. Create and manage a robust program for medical students focused on data entry in maternal health, equipping them with vital skills and knowledge to contribute to quality improvement efforts.D. Regularly Monitor Medical Student Development.1. Perform periodic check–ins with medical students to assess their growth, provide mentorship, and ensure they are on track to meet program objectives.E. Manage the AIM Physician Champion Program.1. Oversee the AIM Physician Champion Program by organizing regular meetings with Physician Champions, fostering collaboration, and sharing best practices to elevate care standards across participating hospitals.
