(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development service. – A competitive quality–based consultant selection process for professional consulting firms to undertake a project for the economic development.– The project includes assessing city–owned parcels of land for future development, and then designing potential uses and site layout for the land consistent with the community plan and economic development strategic plans.– Consultant selection will occur through a two–step process, Proposal Submissions and an Interview.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
