RS-1478 - USA (Napa, California) - Off-site Records Storage and Retention Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide off–site records storage and retention services to the government authority located in Napa, CA.• Contractor shall provide records and storage retention services to include, but not limited to: initiation and permanent removal services; storage; retrieval and refiling; and pick–up and delivery of all records.• Contractor shall provide storage of all records to include the following storage box sizes: standard, legal transfer, ledger, letter transfer, letter transfer box–draw, and odd sizes.• Contractor’s facility disaster plan shall allow for remote access and control of the security system and network database.• Contractor shall provide the retrieval and refile of records as requested by agency to include web refile and retrieval; will–call; standard, rush, emergency, after hour, weekend, and holiday handling; file not found; and bulk container handling.• Contractor shall provide the pick–up and delivery of records as requested by agency to include will–call; standard, rush, emergency, after hour, weekend, and holiday delivery.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
