(1) Vendor needs to provide security asset manager key safe solution to the government authority located in California. – provide 4 sizes of electronically controlled key safes.– Contractor cost shall include all tools/crimping, custom options, delivery and technical support needed to initially set each unit up onsite– Contractor shall provide tech support to install software on desktop/mobile devices.– Contractor shall provide 24/7 user tech support– Contractor shall include one year of cloud “serverless” service– Customizable reporting capabilities– Alerting and notification capabilities– Ability to manage multiple locations remotely.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
