(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment and specialized recruitment services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. • Conduct comprehensive national searches, expanding to global markets when appropriate, to identify, engage, and attract highly qualified candidates for executive and select nonexecutive positions across the city.• The searches may encompass a wide range of municipal specialties and leadership functions, including technical, operational, and strategic management roles.• Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability when relevant.• Collaborate with leadership to ensure all materials align with city messaging, branding, and recruitment standards.• Community context including equity, public trust, service delivery expectations, and civic engagement• Develop a detailed recruitment timeline with milestones for job posting, outreach, candidate sourcing, screening, application review, interviews, stakeholder engagement, and final selection• Existing job descriptions and classification information• Pre–Schedule candidate review session, interview dates, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure timely progression(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
