EXTRA-76414 - USA (Wisconsin) - Ellucian Banner Consulting and Operational Continuity Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ellucian banner consulting and operational continuity services to the government authority located in Wisconsin. – Maintain uninterrupted operation of critical Ellucian Banner ERP–supported institutional processes.– Mitigate operational, financial, compliance, security, student–service, payroll, and reporting risks resulting from the sudden loss of experienced ERP personnel.– Provide senior–level subject–matter expertise capable of independently diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving issues.– Maintain, enhance, and document key business processes, system configurations, integrations, reporting, and operational procedures.– Support the College’s transition to a sustainable internal and/or long–term support model through meaningful documentation and knowledge transfer.– Provide flexible capacity that may increase or decrease according to the College’s operational needs.(2) The contract period will be for three year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
