(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – The agency for facilities and support services, finance and administration cabinet is seeking the services of an experienced and highly qualified construction.– This work will consist of the performance of specific work requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals at each design sub–phase including constructability reviews, reconciliation of bid package pricing, construction schedules.– Site grading, site concrete, structural steel, thermal and moisture protection, insulated metal wall panels, doors and hardware, architectural finishes, fabricated control booths, casework, hydronic elevators, mechanical, electrical, and other packaged scopes of work deemed necessary for the completion of the project(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
