(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste management crm and routing logistics software.– Software/platform(s) and services necessary to implement a modern and integrated Solid Waste Management (SWM) solution enabling and optimizing the core functions.• Customer Account & Data Management. • Service Request Management. • Dynamic Pricing Enablement. • Collections Routing Automation & Optimization. • Collections Scheduling and Assignment Automation & Optimization. • Operational Performance Reporting & Analytics.– Modernization assessment with an independent third party and developed a vision for an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Routing and Logistics solution for the target state. – This solution will eventually need to connect with a telematics solution that will target on–vehicle capabilities, including service measurement and verification.• The SWM solution(s) and services must provide robust business intelligence and analytics capabilities to enhance the ability of operational, customer service, and management staff to analyze service delivery, routing efficiency, pricing impacts, customer interactions, and resource utilization in order to identify trends, support operational and staffing decisions, and monitor departmental performance and effectiveness.• The proposed SWM solution(s) and services should be preferably available as a cloud–based subscription offering or a hosted solution.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
