(1) Vendor needs to provide enforcement and removal operations adaptive operations and maintenance services including personnel, program management, technical oversight, Agile software development, data engineering, reporting, analytics, operations, maintenance, security, privacy, quality assurance, documentation, and system enhancement support to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Program Management: integrated program management, solution integration, transition, Agile/Kanban governance, requirements management, release planning, architecture coordination, security/privacy compliance management, quality governance, deliverables, and performance reporting.– Provide technical team leads by portfolio or track to manage concurrent work efforts, releases, backlog priorities, and production support.– Knowledge transfer from incumbent contractors and Government teams for applications, databases, services, pipelines, reports, dashboards, data marts, data lake assets, security findings, production support, and special projects.– Operational continuity procedures for tickets, outages, deployments, data pipeline jobs, recurring reports, fiscal year–end reporting, service desk escalation, and after–hours support(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
