RFQ #MCARC-373 - MEDICAL WORKSTATION ON WHEELS

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside University Health System (RUHS), is soliciting quotations from authorized bidders for Medical Workstations on Wheels. JACO Workstations on Wheels (WOWs) are the current RUHS standard for replacing the existing Enovate units, and all proposed equipment must include the necessary accessories to meet the operational and clinical requirements outlined in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The Medical Workstations on Wheels are being considered as the new standard across multiple departments, replacing the Innovate carts currently in use. This recommendation is based on several operational and usability considerations that support improved workflow efficiency and user experience. These carts will be deployed throughout clinics and units across the campus to support direct patient care, enhance clinical workflows, and promote patient safety. Awarded Vendors must submit their responses electronically through PublicPurchase.com. This solicitation is restricted to vendors awarded by the County of Riverside.
