(1) Vendor needs to provide wrong–way detection systems, maintenance, repair and testing services and related items to the government authority located in Texas. – Wrong way detection system across one (1) lane with or without inside and outside shoulders complete in place including detection sensors, coring pavement, sensor covers, epoxy, access point, contact closure card, access box, Ethernet communication and power cable, expansion cards, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), surge protector, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), fiber optic connectors, fiber optic jumpers, media converter, testing and lane closures. – Wrong way detection system across two (2) lanes without shoulders complete in place including detection sensors, coring pavement, sensor covers, epoxy, access point, contact closure card, access box, Ethernet communication and power cable, expansion cards, UPS, surge protector, PLC, fiber optic connectors, fiber optic jumpers, media converter, testing and lane closures. – Wrong way detection system across two (2) lanes with inside and outside shoulders complete in place including detection sensors, coring pavement, sensor covers, epoxy, access point, contact closure card, access box, Ethernet communication and power cable, expansion cards, UPS, surge protector, PLC, fiber optic connectors, fiber optic jumpers, media converter, testing and lane closures. – Wrong way detection system across three (3) lanes complete in place including detection sensors, coring pavement, sensor covers, epoxy, access point, contact closure card, access box, Ethernet communication and power cable, expansion cards, UPS, surge protector, PLC, fiber optic connectors, fiber optic jumpers, media converter, testing and lane closures. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 11, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
