Plant Rental Rebid 1

The District is releasing this solicitation with the intent to award one or more contracts for Plant Rental Services. The District is seeking qualified Bidders to provide rental plants and shrubs for the 2024 San Diego County Fair . Services include, but are not limited to, delivery and pick-up of a variety of rental plants and shrubs with an option to provide maintenance including watering and care services. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to the Bidder who, as determined by the District, best meets the requirements set forth in this IFB. If no single Bidder can meet the plant rental needs of the District, multiple contracts may be awarded. The District may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or reject any item or items in this solicitation, and waive any irregularities or technicalities. The District may postpone or cancel this solicitation, at any time, during the solicitation process. The decision as to who shall receive a contract award, or whether or not an award shall ever be made as a result of this solicitation, shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the District.
