Seminole County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide prompt and professional service to achieve optimum performance of boiler systems throughout Seminole County for Seminole County Facility Management (FM). Contractor shall provide boiler preventive maintenance, repair, emergency repair and replacement services for various county-owned and/or maintained buildings located in Seminole County. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform these services.
