(1) Vendor needs to provide transit bus rolling stock service to the government authority located in Portland, ME. – Provide heavy–duty transit buses and commuter coaches, which, by the selection of specifically identified alternative configurations, may be used for both suburban express service and general service on urban arterial streets.– Buses shall have a minimum expected life of twelve years or 500,000 miles, whichever comes first, and are intended for the widest possible spectrum of passengers, including children, adults, the elderly and people with disabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
