(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing support services. – Agency desires services of a Media Buyer/Marketing/Advertising firm with extensive experience buying media, developing strategic advertising plans, designing creative advertising concepts and materials and coordinating the production and implementation of advertising and marketing plans.• Selected firm:  – Will be required to identify appropriate communications and channels, using traditional and non–traditional media as well as social media, for marketing strategies and tactics to meet the rapidly–changing conditions and needs of the agency.– Should develop cost–effective and innovative marketing and advertising tactics and campaigns to reach specific audiences and objectives.– Should identify opportunities for marketing partnerships and collaborative campaigns to meet mutual goals of the agency.– Will provide marketing and communications services including: Conceptual and creative development, copywriting, social media planning, photography, art direction, graphic design and production, television and radio production, audio and video production, Web site design, mobile marketing and media planning and buying services.• Provide at least two examples of an advertising campaign or marketing/communications support program. • One of the examples must include a significant component related to on–line and/or social media marketing and communications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
