(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services of flow equalization tank to the government authority located in Worcester, MD.– Utilize a cleaning method comprised of a combination of vacuum trucks, dewatering boxes, and all necessary hoses and equipment that removes and dewaters sludge, sediment, sand, solids, grit, and any other debris settled on the bottom of the FET 1 basin.– Wastewater and Liquid Sludge(2) A mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
