Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide armed commissioned security guard services at agency facilities. – Provide the required type and number of security guards at designated facilities simultaneously as requested by agency.– Provide additional armed and unarmed security guards for emergency or life–threatening situations, including, a natural disaster, an act of terrorism, a pandemic, or a catastrophic event.• Telephone (local and cell) services:– Maintain telephone and cellular communication capabilities sufficient to support contract operations and provide statewide coverage.– The use of a recording/answering device is only acceptable after normal business hours, which are between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.– Provide communication devices and maintain 24–hour contact availability for site supervisors and other designated contract personnel to ensure immediate communication with agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 3, 2026.
