HEALTH-10478 - USA (Montana) - RFI for Telehealth Specialty Clinic Services - Sources Sought - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth specialty clinic services to the government authority located in MT. – Provide comprehensive telehealth specialty clinic services, telehealth emergency services support, and telehealth behavioral emergency crisis support services to the agency facilities. – The contractor shall be responsible for the planning, implementation, delivery, and management of these services on a basis of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year and ensuring high quality patient care while complying with all applicable federal regulations and standards. – Provide remote patient care services in the specialty of their training.– Contractor shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and overall management necessary to provide telehealth specialty services to agency patients.• Emergency consultation –– Services may include assessment of patients upon admission to the ED, interpretation of patient symptoms and clinical tests or data, consultation and  assistance to  on–site staff administering treatments or pharmaceuticals, assistance in documentation during “code blue” and other emergencies, and/or coordination of patient transfer from the local ED.• Emergency Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE): Provide an option to have telehealth services that provides sexual assault medical forensic evidentiary examination support from a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) or SAFE.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) This bid is set–aside for Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE).
