(1) Vendor needs to provide tennis and pickleball professional services to the government authority located in St. Lucie, FL. – Provide tennis instruction and related services at the agency.– The work includes administering a full range of tennis and pickleball programs such as lessons, leagues, tournaments, clinics, and special events.– Provide customer service, maintain operational records, monitor court activity, uphold agency–approved signage, and submit weekly operational updates. – Manage, administer, and oversee all tennis and pickleball activities at agency, this includes designing programs that meet community needs, promoting participation, and ensuring safe, high–quality instruction.– The work includes administering a full range of tennis and pickleball programs such as lessons, leagues, tournaments, clinics, and special events. • Specific duties and responsibilities:– Administration and programming of racquet–sport activities.– Obtaining Certificates of Insurance (COI) for outside court use.– Scheduling court times, clinics, tournaments, leagues, and activities.– Providing group and private lessons for adults and children.– Offering limited pro shop sales and racquet/paddle repairs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
