Vendor needs to provide home country support services to the government authority located in Williston, VT.1. Prepare and book all international travel reservations:– The contractor will research and book international flights for the class members or AHMs, to include checked baggage. – The contractor will book all connecting flights with a minimum four–hour layover to allow for immigration processing.2. Special assistance arrangements:– Transportation for pre–travel coordination.– Hotel in home country prior to flight.– Transportation to the airport on the day of flight travel.– Special needs assistance (e.g. wheelchair).– Arrangement for day of travel escorts in the airport.– Arrangement for reunification at the airport.– Translators.– Gate passes.3. Help desk for beneficiaries:– Provide a help desk with a toll–free number.
