General work description: The work consists of mobilization and demobilization of construction equipment; public posting and notification; traffic regulation and construction area signs; changeable message signs; clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection; remove and replace signs and posts; HMA base repairs; over-excavation (if required), remove striping and markers, crack sealing; polymer modified type II slurry seal; sweeping; and installation of traffic delineator curb, traffic video detection equipment, striping, markings, and markers, located at various streets within the Winston Manor and Serra Highlands Neighborhood in northeastern South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The engineer’s estimate for the Base Bid in this work is $3.23M and the engineer’s estimate for the Alternate Bid is $233K.
