(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal employee compensation and classification study service to the government authority located in Berlin, VT. – The classification review shall include a table naming each specific position pair in compression or inversion, one or more recommended remediation options for each pair, and the fiscal cost of each option.– The consultant should present both base–wage and total–compensation benchmarks.– Conduct a compensation and classification study for all budgeted municipal positions.– Compensation and benefits benchmarking and job classification.– Compensation benchmarking.– Classification review. – Fiscal impact model. – Recommendations and implementation report.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than September 07, 2026.
