DRA-11168 - USA (College Station, Texas) - Professional Surveying Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying services to the government authority located in College Station, TX.– Surveying services include preparing boundary surveys for whole tracts to be purchased or sold, preparing survey descriptions rezoning, preparing right–of–way or easement parcel descriptions, staking right–of–way and easement lines, topographic survey, preparing plats for City–owned property, etc.– The survey exhibit plate shall depict all driveways, streets, alleys, highways, etc. pertinent to the surveyed parcel or proposed ROW and/or easements, including within five feet into the adjoining tracts.– The survey exhibit plat(s) shall depict the location of all above ground utility facilities, including poles, guy wires, vent pipes, etc., and shall be depicted in a manner that does not cause the survey exhibit plat(s) to be too cluttered or illegible.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026
