BAUCHI STATE GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA LIVESTOCK PRODUCTIVITY AND RESILIENCE SUPPORT PROJECT (L-PRES)- BAUCHI STATE COORDINAT OFFICE Request for Bids Works (Without Prequalification) Country: Nigeria Project: Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project, (L-PRES) Contract Title: UPGRADING OF TWELVE LIVESTOCK MARKERTS BAUCHI, ALKALERI, TULU, NABARDO, GANJUWA, WARJI, GIADE, HARDAWA, YANA, SAKWA, GAMAWA AND AZARE. Credit No .: IDA 70570 RFB No: NG-BAU-LPRES-544244-CW-RFB Issued on: Monday 22nd June 2026 The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordination Office (SCO), Bauchi, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Upgrading of Twelve Live Stock Markets in Bauchi, Alkaleri, Tulu, Nabardo, Ganjuwa, Warji, Giade, Hardawa, Yana, Sakwa, Gamawa and Azare (lot 1&2) Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Bauchi State Coordination Office (SCO) Bauchi and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. 2 The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office, Bauchi State now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for this activity: Upgrading of Milk Collection Centre in Sullubawa, Wuro Jauro and Adamami (lot 1&2); the work period is for (6) months. The margin of Preference shall not be allowed. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Revised Edition of February 2025(“Procurement Regulations”) available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project –Bauchi State Coordination Office (L-PRES) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (local time) – Monday – Friday, at the address given below. 5 The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) Only. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 7 below on or before 20TH day of July 2026 .11:00 am (local time) Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at exactly 11.00 am, 20th day of July 2026 . All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
