CONS-23942 - USA (Florida) - Construction Management at Risk Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in FL. – Provide or review project requirements, board approved educational specifications, on–site and off–site development, survey requirements, deed and municipal requirements or restrictions, preliminary budget and make recommendations for revisions.– Provide for the owner’s approval bid and bid packaging of the project for efficient scheduling, cost control and financial resource management.– For projects with an estimated construction cost greater than $7,500,000, provide, within 21 days of the award of the contract, a project manual, which shall describe, as a minimum, the work plan, job responsibilities and written procedures for reports, meetings, inspections, changes to the project, etc.– Construction manager shall visit the site with the design team to provide a comprehensive non–destructive investigative review of the existing conditions to minimize unforeseen issues in construction.– Construction manager shall provide written estimates according to the cost estimate subsystem below.– Provide constructability reviews, value engineering, phasing recommendations, site logistics, long lead procurement analysis, risk identification and mitigation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
