(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Georgia. • Provide real estate services including acquisition, marketing, and sales.• Interface with sellers of listed and non–listed properties and coordinate all written and verbal communications and negotiations, and structuring of all transactions.• Interface with all applicable buyers and coordinate all written and verbal communications, negotiations, and structuring of all transactions.• Provide timely updates to project status and tracking documentation to ensure communication with all program stakeholders and resources.• Comply with all existing internal and external processes and procedures to facilitate transactional responsibilities.• Coordinate the maintenance of all records related to all transactions• Prepare Comparative market analyses (CMA) and marketing plans to present to staff and board members before taking listings to market.• Brokerage services may involve both improved properties (with existing structures) and vacant land, depending upon operational needs
