(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.• The Agency is seeking legal counsel services to aid with the reviewing, evaluating, and providing recommendations related to the contractual documents and services for the Clinton Sustainable Energy District Project, an Energy–as–a–Service project.• The Vendor shall have demonstrated knowledge of the agency and applicable federal, state, and local laws governing municipalities and public contracts.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
