(1) Vendor needs to provide digital signage displays installation services to the government authority located in Pawtucket, RI.– Configure YoloDeck devices for proper operation.– Configure Wi–Fi extenders and wireless network settings.– Establish communication between displays and YoloDeck devices.– Configure remote management functionality for YoloDeck devices.– Display power–up verification.– Video signal verification.– Resolution and image quality verification.– Audio functionality verification (if applicable).– Wi–Fi signal strength verification at each installation location.– Network connectivity testing.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
