MRB-55894 - USA (Maine) - Facilitation and Strategic Planning Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitation and strategic planning services. – Create a strategic plan for the agency’s response to homelessness that is data driven, evidence informed, and that considers regional and structural coordination.  – Assist the agency and its chair in crafting agendas and conducting meetings that lead to prompt, well informed, and properly vetted decisions and recommendations for inclusion in the strategic plan.– Produce documents and/or templates and tools that track and memorialize issues identified and prioritized, input received, and decisions made.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
