(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive market rate survey service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – Provide a comprehensive market rate survey (MRS) of licensed childcare providers across the state.– A state wide childcare market rate survey to identify the current private pay price of childcare services across state.– A comprehensive cost analysis that estimates the true cost of providing childcare services including the cost of providing high–quality care. (2) The contract period will be for four years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
