CSE-24303 - USA (Port Arthur, Texas) - District Wide Security and Life Safety Systems Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide district wide security and life safety systems services to maintaining safe, secure, and welcoming learning environments for all students, staff, and visitors to the government authority located in Port Arthur, TX.– Door Access Control System – Maintenance and Support: – - Conduct quarterly on–site preventive maintenance inspections at each District campus (minimum four (4) visits per campus per contract year)- Physically inspect all access control panels, card readers, door hardware, request–to–exit (REX) devices, and door position contacts at each campus- Verify and test battery backup systems on all access control panels; replace batteries that fail load testing or have reached end–of–life– Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Service- Provide on–demand troubleshooting and repair for all malfunctioning access control system components– System Administration and Programming Support- Add, modify, and revoke cardholder credentials and access rights as directed by authorized District personnel- Maintain and update access groups, time schedules, and door assignment configurations- Generate and deliver cardholder audit reports and access event logs upon District request- Manage access control system software and user database integrity, including periodic database– Firmware and Software Management- Monitor manufacture's firmware release notices for the Door Access Control System platform- Plan, test, and apply all OS–layer and Application–layer firmware updates to all panels within 90 days of manufacture release, or sooner if a security patch is involved(2) A pre–proposal on–site walkthrough will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
