LEGAL-17809 - USA (Nashville, Tennessee) - Legal Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. – The general counsel or authorized designee may select counsel for each matter based on the nature and complexity of the matter, required expertise, conflicts, availability and responsiveness, continuity, prior performance, proposed staffing, rates and anticipated cost and any other factor agency considers relevant. • Provide timely, practical, and legally sound advice tailored to agency's public mission and operational needs.• Conduct legal research: prepare opinions, memoranda, correspondence, contracts, policies, resolutions, pleadings, transaction documents, and other work product.• Negotiate, document, and close transactions: represent agency in administrative, judicial, arbitration, mediation, and other proceedings when authorized.• Coordinate with the general counsel, agency staff, other outside counsel, consultants, insurers, governmental agencies, counterparties and stakeholders as directed.• Maintain adequate staffing: provide continuity of key personnel, and obtain agency approval before material personnel substitutions.• Identify deadlines, material risks, budget concerns, and strategic decisions promptly.• Provide training, presentations, and meeting support when requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
