(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational design and workplace planning platform.– Provide a comprehensive organizational design and workforce planning platform, including implementation services, configuration, integration, data enablement, training, change management support, and ongoing technical and functional support as appropriate. – Organizational design:– Solution should enable leaders and designated users to evaluate and design organizational structures aligned with strategic and operational objectives.– Designing proposed organizational structures and reporting relationships.– Evaluating organizational layers and spans of control.– Workforce planning:– Platform should provide capabilities to forecast and plan future workforce requirements based on strategic, operational, financial, and other relevant drivers.– Current–state workforce assessment.– Future–state workforce demand forecasting.– Scenario planning and Modeling:– Merger and organizational integration scenarios.– Growth and expansion scenarios.– Merger and organizational integration support:– Solution should support the Institution's ongoing merger and integration activities.– Data integration and data management:– Solution must be capable of integrating with the Institution's existing technology and data environment across both campuses.– Integration with financial, budgeting, planning, ERP, or other relevant systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.
